Frankincense is by far one of my favorite essential oils and I have reached for this precious bottle on many occasions.
You can replace many toxins in your home through the use of this essential oil.
- When your head is pounding and you can’t gather your thoughts, grab your bottle of Frankincense and place it on temples, back of neck and behind your ears. You can also put a drop on your thumb, press to the roof of your mouth and suck thumb for 15 seconds. This will ease the head tension.
- When struggling with indigestion or heartburn a drop of frankincense along your throat and chest will calm it right down
- Having issues with memory loss or focus? Just add a drop of frankincense to the back of your neck and diffuse to increase memory and focus.
- Struggling with feelings of sorrow, loss and grief? Diffuse frankincense to lift your mood.
- Did you come in contact with someone who is sick and wants to keep the cooties at bay? A drop of frankincense on the bottom of your feet and along your spine will boost your immune system.
- Wanting that refreshing glow on your skin? Add a drop of frankincense to your natural moisturizer to freshen up your complexion.
- Struggling with blemishes or uneven skin tone? Simply add a drop of frankincense to get it all cleared up.
- Are you battling with cellular issues and need to reboot your system? Add a drop of frankincense under your tongue morning and night to support your cellular health.
- Have a pesky infection that won’t leave? Add a drop of frankincense around the problem area daily and watch it clear right up.
- Have a painful area that is nagging at you? Massage a drop of frankincense and ease that tension.
- Do you have a nasty skin tag or mole that won’t go away? Applying frankincense daily will clear it up soon.
- Is your skin tired and overworked? Apply some frankincense to lotion to ease the dry, cracked skin.
- Applying a drop of frankincense too tired sore muscles will help to rejuvenate them and get you ready to jump back on your routine.
