Have you harnessed your true power yet in this life?
Being able to believe in yourself is empowering and life changing. With the power of belief, you can accomplish anything your heart desires. Passion is a powerful energy and it is nearly impossible to stop a passionate woman. Once you find your passion and start to set your plan in action you can change the world single handedly.

This has been proven by several powerful people. Mother Teresa, Rosa Parks, Susan B. Anthony and Betty Friedman to name a few amazing women who changed the world. You have the ability to make huge changes if you are ready to take up that charge and lead the call.
Have you put any tools in place to protect yourself from toxic people?
It can be very dangerous when you don’t set those boundaries and believe in someone else’s doubts and not think for yourself. I knew in my heart that Trish and Rod would never have an affair, but I allowed those seeds of doubt to be planted and grow into full on beliefs. I could have lost my marriage and my best friend over this. I could have allowed Beth to break up my marriage had I allowed her to continue to poison my mind. Be very cautious with who you allow into your inner circle of trust. Not everyone deserves a seat there. When new people come into your life, make sure to keep them at arm’s length before you let them all the way into your heart and mind because they have the ability to cause a lot of unnecessary pain and hurt in your life.

Learn how to spot negative or toxic people from afar so you don’t run the risk of them causing damage to your life. Set boundaries and don’t allow guilt to cause you to drop your barriers. But also don’t create such barriers that you don’t allow anyone in. It is a very fine line when you protect yourself from negative energy because it’s not always visible right away.
