Are you searching for hope and healing, but you never feel like you can find it?

Self-discovery can be really difficult.  When looking at yourself and questioning who the person looking back at you is, it can be scary.  As we grow and evolve, we change in ways many of us don’t realize.  It is always good to check in with yourself and seek help when you can’t recognize the person staring back at you.  It is not necessarily a bad thing to check in with yourself, like some people think.  I believe that I have become a better version of myself once I stopped and discovered the person I was meant to be.  Being vulnerable is never fun, but it is the only way to truly grow and learn more about yourself and those around you.  Self-exploration is very important, especially in our society when everyone is pretending to be someone they are not.

“Being vulnerable is never fun!”

Nowadays we spend most of the day with our faces stuck in front of a screen. We lose grasp of reality and become concerned with appearance and others’ judgement. We can not embrace and live out our purpose if we are too concerned about what others are thinking or saying. At some point you have to stop living our lives off of what ifs, and live for what is. Nobody else’s opinions of you are going to fulfill you. No one will believe in you as strongly as you believe in yourself. No one knows your inner thoughts and feelings but you. Stop living your life according to everyone else and step into who you are meant to be.

“Stop living your life according to everyone else and step into who you are meant to be.”
